Preschool Administration

Careea Richter serves as the Preschool Director and Preschool Pastor at GV Christian Preschool. As a mother of two preschoolers, she understands the importance of finding a place where children are not only cared for, but truly known, valued, and supported during these formative years. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, Careea is dedicated to creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children from infancy through pre-kindergarten. She is passionate about fostering spiritual growth, social-emotional skills, and early learning, helping each child develop a strong foundation.

Careea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Ministry Leadership. She is committed to partnering with families and equipping her team to cultivate a preschool community marked by care, excellence, and intentional growth.
