Registration Fee

$65 annual registration fee per student. This is a non-refundable and non-transferable fee.

    • This is a full-time program only. No part-time rates available in this program. The ages are 6 weeks to 15 months old. Full-time rate: $249 per week
  • Toddlers: Kittens & Pandas
    • This is a full-time program only. No part-time rates available in this program. The ages are 15 months to 24 months old. Full-time rate: $239 per week
  • 2 Year Olds: Cubs, Penguins, Tigers & Ducks (Potty Training)
    • No drop-ins available in this room.

Drop-ins available in the 3-5 year old rooms only at $15 per hour; $53 per day. In order to do a drop-in, proper prior notification and payment arrangements must be made.

Registration Fee

$495 due at time of registration. The registration fee covers the administrative cost of enrolling students, registration for our online program RenWeb, screening of students and is a non-refundable and non-transferable fee, unless the student fails the placement testing.

Placement Testing Fee

$25 due at time of registration. NEW STUDENTS ONLY must take a placement exam to determine appropriate grade placement for entering GVCS. Due with registration fee.

Kindergarten - 5th Grade

$7,944/year
$662 due on the 1st of the month for twelve months beginning in June before the school year and ending May 1st. A $50 late fee will be assessed per student if tuition is not paid by the 5th of each month. Tuition includes all curriculum books. All school field trips, yearbook, spirit shirt, Art program and supplies, ACSI student activities (Speech Meet, Spelling Bee, Math Olympics, Art Festival & Science Fair), advanced technology/computer lab upkeep, music program, Principal's List, P.E. equipment, field day, Christmas program, graduation/awards program, standardized testing, all the costs of special trips (4th: Government & History State Capital Trip and 5th: Zoology & Meteorology - San Diego Wild Animal Park and USS Midway) and much more.
All fees and tuition payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

$739 due on the 1st of every month for twelve months beginning in June before the school year and ending May 1st. A $50 late fee will be assessed per student if tuition is not paid by the 5th of each month.

Tuition includes technology and the use of our personal networked laptop and software for the school year, all curriculum books, science lab supplies, science fair boards, art program and supplies, school field trips, yearbook, spirit shirt, ACSI student activities (Speech Meet, Spelling Bee, Math Olympics, Geography Bee & Art Festival), advanced technology, music program, Principal's List, P.E. equipment, Field Day, Honors Night, Standardized testing, and in part or all: Hume Lake Outdoor Education, Mountain or Sea Science Camp and Student Council activities.

Optional Fee - SafeKey

$5 morning/$5 afternoon due weekly for previous week's usage.

Safe Key is available from 6:00am-6:00pm. Payment for this service is due each Wednesday by 5:00pm for the previous week's usage. No early dismissal or full day prep club available.

Optional Fee - Sports & Uniform (for team participation only)

Varies depending on sport. Due if and when your student makes the team.

A fee will be charged per sport, per student. This fee covers league registration, coach's fees, referees, gymnasium rental, gymnasium liability insurance, team trophies & sports banquets. We offer volleyball, basketball, flag football, cheerleading, golf, tennis, and other intramural sports.

All fee and tuition payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.
